You will have full access to the entire house, including the kitchen (with standard appliances and a washer dryer), lounge (with engineered wood flooring) including a Samsung smart TV (Netflix, BBC i player etc) with built-in free-view, dining area with a 6-seater table and chairs and the ground floor wc, as well as the rear communal garden.


We aim to correspond directly with all our guests and sometimes assist with check-ins. There will always be someone to meet you at the flat to welcome you, show you about and give you the keys.


We've been Londoners for most of our lives and know the city pretty well and would be very happy to help wherever we can and make personal recommendations about cool places to visit, to eat at, or to drink in and provide you with any other tips/information to help you during your time in London!


The area is very safe and the house is situated in a row of newly built family homes, only a few minutes walk from a number of convenience stores, local cafes, restaurants, bars, theatres, galleries, etc.


Only minutes walk from Bermondsey Street, with easy access to Tower Bridge, Shad Thames and More London.


Also not far from Ropewalk, home of the famous 'Maltby Street Market', and the top (Tower Bridge) end of the infamous 'Beer Mile', home to a number of specialist micro-breweries.

Do note that there is no onsite parking.


Please note that on-street parking, within designated bays, between the hours of 8am - 6pm from Monday to Friday is available at a cost of £15 per day (subject to advance request), but is free outside those times and on weekends. Please let us know well in advance if you will require parking during restricted hours, so we can arrange a temporary visitor pass.
